Have you always wanted to see one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece? If so, check out to see which Greek island holds this precious gem.

Naxos is the largest of the Cyclades islands and, with that, one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Greece. What’s even better, Naxos is only a short ferry ride away from the famous Santorini, Paros and Mykonos islands. You’ll find a full spectrum of ancient sites in Naxos, thanks to the fabulous ancient past and strong influences of the Venetians and the Franks. If you love history, you’ll fall in love with Naxos easily. Aside from the impressive monuments, Naxos boasts a wonderful, natural landscape, which features an array of mountains, green valleys, and fantastic beautiful beaches. Plaka Beach is one of those beaches that will make your vacation in Naxos truly memorable.

Description

Not only is Plaka one of the most beautiful beaches of Naxos but also among the most beautiful beaches in all of Greece. Thanks to its endless calmness and gorgeous sandy surface, alongside amazing crystal-clear waters, this beach will never leave you unimpressed. The beach is nicely organised with sunbeds and umbrellas in the beginning, whereas the major part afterwards is all about unspoiled natural beauty. No tourist facilities will be available there to disfigure it. Tourists also have several hotels, restaurants and cafes to enjoy nearby so that their vacation can be filled with activities and leisure at the same time. It’s been said that Plaka beach is visited by many nudists, so if you’re one of them, test the theory and enjoy your nudist vacation spot-on. The beach is not entirely nudist, though. Being so massive, it has a designated area for nudists to enjoy and not make others uncomfortable.
